Nadja Baljozovic

Nadja Baljozovic

Nadja joined Montgomery Sisam in 2016 with a rich portfolio of work in acute healthcare, mental health treatment and long-term care, including extensive P3 experience. She is well-versed in all project phases and demonstrates a strong communication, client relations and project management skills. 

Before joining Montgomery Sisam, Nadja worked extensively on the Peel Manor Long Term Care and Whistle Bend Continuing Care, gaining a thorough understanding of the programmatic needs, operational requirements, security standards and aesthetic objectives contemporary seniors housing initiatives are trying to achieve. She also played an integral role in the ErinoakKids Treatment Centre projects, the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, the Men-Ya Win Health Centre, and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Phase 1C. With this collective of project in hand, Nadja is knowledgeable in advanced healthcare research, including intergenerational and integrated care platforms, biomimicry, biophilic design, the Butterfly Care Model, the Eden Alternative, evidence-based design, and NICU special care nurseries. 

This experience is bolstered by her work for large-scale renovation projects including the Mount Sinai Redevelopment, which required complex phasing planning and equipment coordination. 

Nadja is deeply invested in professional development and a regular participant in design conferences across many-industry sector. She is also an advocate of for Women in Architecture.
