Brad joined Montgomery Sisam in 2002, becoming an Associate in 2012. He has a broad range of experience and varied portfolio with a particular proficiency in addressing the rigorous demands of fast-track construction contract administration.
In his role as Contract Administrator, Brad ensures all aspects of clients’ needs are satisfied through project completion, realizing fast-tracked schedules for projects such as the Humber College North Campus Building F Addition and Renovation, Amica Windsor and the St. John’s Rehab Hospital addition.
With a hands-on, detail oriented approach, Brad also provides expedient, practical and cost effective solutions to on site issues. He has made valuable contributions to many notable project, including the LEED Gold CI certified University of Toronto St. George Campus Central Examination Centre, the award-winning University of Toronto Scarborough Arts and Administration Building, the Greenwood Retirement Community and the Carefirst One-Stop Access Multi-Services Centre.
As a Chair on the Ontario Building Envelope Council Technical Sub-Committee, Brad helps lead a technical discussion group. He is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Brad’s knowledge and expertise in areas of sustainability and building systems are of great benefit to both his project teams and clients.
