RFQ released for Phase 1C of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health redevelopment

Montgomery Sisam Architects and KPMB Architects as the planning, design and compliance team for the redevelopment project have been hard at work establishing the guidelines and performance requirements the successful development team must meet when preparing their submissions.

Phase 1C includes the construction of two important buildings along Queen Street West that will integrate innovative treatment, research and education facilities with retail spaces, parks and the surrounding neighbourhood. The new buildings will accommodate inpatient and outpatient clinical services for people with complex mental illness, including emergency care and therapeutic supports, research and educational facilities as well as information and resource facilities.

Montgomery Sisam Architects and KPMB Architects will also monitor construction progress and provide coordination and oversight services throughout the course of the project.
